Great for when you are away from home or can't use your "regular" bruxism guards.

I like to keep these "disposables" on hand for when I'm travelling or if I can't find my regular bruxism anti-grinding mouthguard. I don't really love the flimsy connector piece and it always feels a little "off" but as far as the function of the product: it's all there. The pads are adjustable and you really do want to try to adjust them right for your mouth. This product does the job. It's not perfectly comfortable like you won't even know you're wearing it, but it does the job, and saves your teeth and your jaw. Be an Adult. Wear your bruxism guard. Your dentist will pat you on the back, and isn't that worth it??

Product is very small. Like for a young child's mouth.

I personally, didn't like this product. It was very uncomfortable in my mouth. I have a small mouth and the way that the product is designed was to small for me. The design is exactly ad seen in the photo. I've found another product that is comfortable and fits fine in my mouth. I don't recommend this procuct.

Idea is cool, in reality

Like the idea of this item, but hurts my gums and teeth and doesnt sit comfortably. If it were shaped slightly different, with the adjustments I think it could be good. Also I would like to use it through the day of it were comfortable because thats when I clench my teeth most. But I have to communicate all day and cant talk to people without them noticing it. Actually was advised by friend in medical field to try some kind of muscle rub or CBD oil or cream (so wont burn or stink like muscld rub) around my jaws and neck to help from clenching teeth. Seems to help along side learning to relax a bit and not get body all stressed out.

Better Comfort and Value than Dentek Comfort Fit

I recently switched from the Dentek Comfort Fit Mouth Guard to the KOHEEL Mouth Guard, and the difference is night and day. The KOHEEL guard is far more comfortable and secure, thanks to its unique grip feature that keeps it in place all night. Unlike Dentek, which often shifted and left my bite feeling misaligned in the morning, KOHEEL stays put, providing a consistent and reliable fit. The cushioning pads on the KOHEEL guard are exceptionally comfortable, encouraging me to relax and reducing my urge to grind my teeth. This has significantly improved my sleep quality, allowing me to fall asleep quicker than I ever did with Dentek. The securing band across the front of the teeth is also wider and feels more secure, adding to the overall stability of the guard. One minor difference is that the KOHEEL mouth guard does not come with a case, unlike Dentek. However, this was not an issue for me as I simply used the Dentek case for my KOHEEL guard. Given that KOHEEL is available at a fraction of the cost, purchasing a separate case is a minor inconvenience. The expense of the Dentek guard seems disproportionately allocated to the case, making KOHEEL a much more cost-effective choice with an $8 savings difference. Overall, the KOHEEL Mouth Guard exceeds my expectations in every way and deserves all 5 stars. If youre looking for a comfortable, secure, and affordable mouth guard, KOHEEL is the way to go.
