The materials are unique, do not retain bad odors and can be used during temporary periods where remakes are necessary. This appliance can be refitted multiple times.

Cute Packaging and Great Affordable Alternative

The packaging is unique and very eye catching. I love that this comes in several different colors too. The instructions were very easy to follow and the mold adapted well over my teeth. The longer I wore it the more rigid and stable it got and even after wearing a couple of nights the fit felt better with time. This is definitely a better option than other ones I've used before that are bulkier so I can't close my mouth and do not stay on or adapt as well as this one does. There is even an extra one included so you can't beat the cost!

Easy to read instructions

Lately Ive been grinding my teeth at night. Would wake up with painful teeth and a headache. Tried a different brand and decided I needed this! Received it yesterday, read the instructions and molded it to my teeth. Last night, slept with the top section, just to try it out. Very comfortable and secure. This morning, no headache and no painful teeth. Appreciated another reviewer who suggested getting a colored one to make it easier to see, I choose the blue one. Thank you!

Good alternative to dentist fitted night guard

If you grind your teeth you really need to get a night guard. I have a very expensive night guard made by my dentist that I have used for years. After awhile they get so you can't clean them and they get gross. I wanted to try a less expensive solution and this works okay. If you can't afford a dentist made guard this is a good alternative, as long as you wear it every night! For me this will be temporary and I will get another fitted by a dentist but with a lot of trimming I think you can make this work more long term.
