This probiotic supplement is great. I take 2 tablets, first thing in the morning, as suggested. By the next day, I have a bowel movement, with no stress or cramps. This supplement is helping me to keep my body regular, which is a very important and natural process to keep the body working properly. The tablets are small and very easy to swallow. The bottle is small and can be carried in a purse if needed. I don't eat fiber everyday. So this supplement is supplying me with the little boost I need. I am very pleased with this supplement.

These tablets were so small that I found them incredibly easy to swallow. I really cannot comment on the efficacy of the product because I think it usually takes a while to see any effect, if at all. So my comment is about the bottle and the company. The bottle was small but I found it easy to read everything on the label. I appreciate having a expiration date stamped on the lid. The company is "Natural Foundation Supplements North America". Natural Foundation Supplements is based in the UK but they expanded to North America and their website states that everything is processed at a FDA-approved facility. The address on the label is an office building in Delaware and the website defaults to the UK website. I could not find this product on their website, or any other product related to digestive health.

I tend to take L. acidophilus if I have an upset stomach. It is a great probiotic with plenty of proven benefits. This formulation is a bit different than others I have tried. Usually probiotics come in capsules but this one comes in tablets meaning a pressed powder form. This means that you can taste the powder a lot more easily and you need to swallow it right away or it will dissolve in your mouth. Typically tablets are less pleasant to take but are significantly cheaper than capsules. I personally don't mind these tablets since they are so small and taste pretty neutral. They get the job done too. Never hurts to have some extra L acidophilus in your stomach to promote good gut health and a healthy gut microbiota. Highly recommend. Especially if you're on a budget.

I have always liked how basic acidophilus works, which has been around a long time and is known to really help the gut. You find this in yogurt or sour creams or other cultured products. They give you a good dose of 3 billion which is very effective without being overkill, and a huge supply of 240 tablets so will last 4 months or 120 days taking 2 a day. They are in the form of small chalky tablets that I just chew, which seems the right way to take rather than swallow IMO, and in the old days they were all chewable. There is hardly any taste. So I just take two with a little water on an empty stomach, as they instructed. And after about a week I could tell that my stomach and gut would get less bloated and uncomfortable after eating certain foods. I also noticed that these are manufactured in the U.S., which I rarely see, so that's kind of nice. I would add that I keep these in the fridge. I was always taught in the past to keep acidophilus refrigerated to maintain potency, although it just says to store in a cool dry place on the bottle. Overall, no complaints - they're easy to use, seem to be good quality, and appear to be working well to improve my gut health, as well as acidophilus also helps boost immunity.

I delayed writing a review for these, as I wanted to give them a chance to work. I am not a probiotic expert, so I'm just going to leave my thoughts. These pills are small and very easy to take. I do seem to notice a difference when I go to the bathroom. The visit is very clean, so to speak. I did have an upset stomach one day, but cannot say for sure it's because of these probiotics, as I haven't really taken them long enough to know for sure. It was only one day, and I've been on them a couple of weeks now. They do seem to work. My wife is going to start taking them soon, so I hope to report back her results as well. So far, so good!
