Just what I Was looking for

I was happy to find the lactobacillius salivarious at such a good price. I had been looking for this for a long time.

Stomach feels uncomfortable if taken before meal

It suggests to take this pill before the meal. But it irritated my stomach. For people with sensitive stomach, capsules are always better. Looking at its ingredients, there are many kinds of flavoring items. Are they really necessary? I'd prefer supplements with pure ingredients. Also, although this is a well-known brand, its products do not have third-party testing certificate.

Taste pretty good!

I've never used a probiotic like this before (though I take lots of others) and I've only taken it for a few days, so I'm not quite sure if I should be experiencing some more obvious changes yet. Sometimes I think my breath is better, but it's hard to know if it's actually working, wishful thinking, or a coincidence at this point. The reason I started to take these was actually in hopes that they might help out my grumpy sinuses a little, but even the science isn't quite sure about whether or not this strain will help that or not, and if all they give me is a fresher tasting mouth, then I say no harm done! Their taste is unexpectedly nice. They're definitely very sweet-tasting, but it's artificial sweetener. I was expecting them to be more of a mint flavor (menthol is listed as the last ingredient actually, but I can't detect it) but they taste like vanilla cream! The aftertaste isn't particularly yummy because of the sweetener, but I've been told that I'm oddly sensitive to the taste of artificial sweeteners, so that could very well be just a me thing. I plan on continuing these probiotics because they taste good enough to keep going, and because I really am very curious (desperate?) to see if they'll help out my pesky sinuses.
