I usually take both Quercetin, zinc and Elderberry regularly. It was great to have both in one pill. Its more cost effective than buying bottles separately and they seem to work as well as what Id normally use. They were easy to swallow. It was very simple to open. Be sure to remember they have zinc in them which can upset tummies if taken on and empty stomach. All in all, I liked these and can see myself buying these again.
