We have used the sheet detergent for a month now and it clean very good and I love the smell it leaves on the clothes makes the clothes smell fresh. I have know problem buy this product again. I have recommended it to all of my friends. Its good for seniors citizens too because lifting the heavy bottle of detergent is getting too much for us. Plus the last thing your getting a great value and it help keep the environment cleaner without the plastic bottles being disposed of..

What a great concept that I only recently discovered. These laundry sheets work just as well as any liquid detergent ( previously used). They are packaged in small cardboard box that slides open and closed for convenience. They completely dissolve in wash. So happy I made the switch to these laundry sheets. No more plastic!!

We bought these detergent sheets for our college junior, and they're a hit. No more lugging heavy bottles or detergent spills in his dorm. The scent is subtle enough that our son didn't complain, which is a miracle in itself. Mom gave the thumbs up on how clean the clothes came out. I'm happy about the eco-friendly packaging and the value. Triple win-win-win. We'll definitely buy these again when he runs out. That is, if he actually does laundry often enough to use them all. Here's hoping the fresh scent motivates him to wash more than once a semester!

This is the first time Ive used laundry detergent sheets, and Im impressed with how well they work. Theyre convenient, easy to use, and no messy soap dripping down the side of detergent bottles. Ive used them in hot, warm, and cold water, and they dissolved well in all of them. We have a front loading machine, and a water softener, so I just use 1/2 sheet, fold it in half, and put it in the detergent holder. It gets the clothes and towels clean, and leaves them with a very subtle fresh scent. I was worried about the scent of the sheets, because its very strong, and Im hypersensitive to smells (they trigger migraines). Luckily, they barely leave any scent on the laundry. In fact, my family members cant smell any scent at all on the clothes. I do have to store the detergent sheets in a ziplock bag, in the garage, or they make the whole basement smell. Its a pleasant scent, just too strong. I knocked off a star for that, as it would be nice to be able to store them in the laundry room. I love that these are eco-friendly, and made by a female Native American small business.

I've used other laundry detergent sheets, and these seem identical, other than the scent. (The Woodayogo product I received was labeled "Fresh Air." I didn't find the finished laundry to have any noticeable scent, positive or negative, which is the way I want it.) If you've never used detergent sheets before, there are a lot of advantages to them (and one disadvantage). First of all, they take up a lot less space in your laundry room. If you have a big cabinet, that might not matter, but you can store quite a few boxes of detergent sheets in the same space as one plastic bottle of liquid detergent. Secondly, they're portable. If you travel and need to do laundry, either at a laundromat or even a few items in your hotel sink, you know that traveling with a bottle of liquid or box of powdered detergent is impractical and inconvenient. Buying some at a laundromat is expensive per load. Inserting a few of these detergent sheets in a zipped sandwich bag allows you to pack them in your suitcase, taking up negligible space. We did that recently and it worked out brilliantly. Even an eighth or sixteenth of a sheet is enough to effectively wash a few garments in the hotel sink, a very effective strategy if you're trying to get by with a carry-on and avoid checking luggage. Third, they're WAY better for the environment. I'd hate to see a pile of all the heavy plastic laundry detergent bottles I've recycled over my lifetime. (Ugh!) And unfortunately we've learned that not all of those bottles even get recycled. It's often more costly for municipalities and private trash companies to recycle than to just dump them in a landfill. (Double ugh!) So detergent sheets eliminate the mountain of plastic bottles from recycling (and landfills) and with their carboard box, are much more eco-friendly. There is a plastic wrapper around the box to seal it, but that has to use 1/100 the plastic of a bottle, and most supermarkets now accept not only plastic grocery bags, but any recyclable plastic bags. Fourth, they're likely more cost-effective, although you'd have to do your own math on that. It depends on how many sheets you use versus how much liquid (or powdered) detergent you use, and the prices paid for each. The sheets are perforated in half, and you use as much as you want. With my extra large capacity washer, I used two whole sheets, and found the results to be good. I should note that such a load requires me to split it into two batches for our dryer, so I'm talking a LARGE load. The one disadvantage: detergent sheets probably don't do quite as good a job at cleaning your laundry. If you don't have heavy dirt and stains, they work just fine. I used these sheets on my most recent load, and they cleaned the clothes well. But if you have any heavy stains, like grease/oil, or grimy dirt, you should pre-treat with something. The leading consumer research magazine tested detergent sheets and concluded that none come close to the cleaning power of the leading brand of liquid detergent with its advanced enzymes at cleaning heavy dirt and stains. But as a user of that leading brand for most of my life, I've found that unless I pre-treat, it often doesn't get out those stains anyway. Our most common issue is oil/butter stains on the front of a shirt. If I pre-treat with some liquid detergent, it removes that grease. If I don't, the shirt retains the stain. So, in reality, for me there's no difference with detergent sheets. If you have a grease stain or heavy soil spots, you should pre-treat, regardless of which type of detergent you use. I haven't tried using detergent sheets to pre-treat; it might be possible: I suppose you could try wetting a small piece of a sheet and rubbing it into the stain until it dissolves before washing; I might try that. But for now I find the liquid detergent works great for pre-treating, and there are products specially designed for pre-treating. So, the short version of my review: I like these detergent sheets. They're effective, convenient, eco-friendly, and economical. I have become a convert and will continue to use detergent sheets for our everyday laundry, and use a little bit of liquid detergent or Shout for pre-treating.
