This tincture works as intended. However, with its ginger and chamomile mixture of herbs, it does not taste all that great. Worth using when needed for the effect it has.

I bought this product in hopes to relieve or at least give some relief to my leg cramps. I got no relief what so ever.

This supplement product arrived on time. It is easy to use with a few drops in my water before bed. The taste is ok and I have had no negative reactions. I have found a little easing of the leg cramps with this liquid and will continue to use it.

First off: talk to your doctor before starting anything, supplement or prescription! Especially with this, as quinine in particular is known to interact with some other meds (either decreasing or increasing their effectiveness, depending on the med), so please do your research and homework! That said, I was impressed with the quality of this. It comes in a larger bottle than anticipated, and it's thick amber glass to help protect it from light. I'm always hesitant about tinctures and powders and anything you have to taste, because I'm pretty averse to bad tastes. So, with that in mind, the taste of this tincture is not great to me. I'm not a fan of ginger. Or bitterness. And those are the 2 main things that come through. It's far from the worst thing I've ever tasted though, and you don't need a huge amount for a serving, so I just hold my nose and bear it! Mixing it into a drink would be your best bet if you don't like the taste--I was thinking it would probably go well with ginger ale especially (which, again, I sadly don't like since I don't like ginger ). And remember that if you go that route (of mixing it with a full beverage to drink), be aware of how close to bedtime you're taking it so you're not waking up right after you fall asleep to use the bathroom! I haven't noticed a decrease in my nighttime leg cramps and restless legs, but supplementing these minerals is recommended for me anyway due to my chronic illness, so I'm going to stay with it. Hopefully it will build up in my system over time and help. I do notice a slightly easier time falling asleep, which may be placebo or not, but I'll take it either way! I'm trying to make it just a normal part of my nightly routine and promote some relaxation and sleep with the magnesium as well, so give it a fair try (AFTER getting the okay from your doctor, of course!)
