This may be a very good product but reading the label I worried about a strain of probiotic I'd never seen before that promised mood modification. I should have researched it better.

This is a very good probiotic and a gentle mood lifter. What a great combination - especially for today's world! I prefer SBO probiotics, because they are more comprehensive. I'm very happy with this product, and have been using it for a few years.

I have had bouts of stomach issues in the past month despite I have eaten a lot of home made fermented food like kefir, kombucha and sauerkraut but somehow histamines from those food caused trouble in the past month that never happened before but I also had bouts of loose stools which further diminished my gut flora. I started to have sleep issue and felt anxiety coming back. My intuition says I need to optimize my gut flora so I was looking at the bacteria from the soil.....within one day or two, my stomach calmed down after I ate all the lacto fermented food as usual and no gas, no overactive bowl and I started to have normal stools. What is amazing is that I feel calm, content and no anxiety in the night. I was quite surprised that the SBO makes a huge difference! I have faith in the company and the founder seems to have done her/his research and mostly, it works for me. I am grateful to find that missing link in my gut health. Will definitely recommend this to my family.

I've been on a long healing journey that started after I had surgery and was treated with multiple rounds of antibiotics and NSAIDs. Between bouts of SIBO, histamine reactivity, skin rashes, and candida that wouldn't go away, I've tried almost every remedy I could find out there. And yes, I've seen a gastroenterologist, a colorectal doc, and my own family doctor only to get a vague diagnosis and suggestions for MORE antibiotics. I've had to spend days doing my own research. Thankfully, I found these specialized probiotics -- which came to my attention while I was looking for histamine-free supplements. Over the past several weeks, I've tried three of these mood-lifting probiotics and so far, this one has been the most successful for me. I read that one of the strains included in this one is very helpful for lowering blood pressure, too, which is another selling point for me in addition to digestive health. I had no idea -- until I tried these -- that gut health influenced SO MANY other health conditions. Customer service for these products is also wonderful, with the owner of the company willing to answer questions quickly. I have so much to learn, and she has been very patient with me. Most of all, these products work and I'm already experiencing improved digestive health and well as overall mood lifting. Thank you!

This product contains three Soil Based Organisms (SBO). I was taking this company's other products, and after reading what they had to say about their SBO product, I thought that it couldn't hurt to take these. I took one last Monday and felt fine. I took one the next day, Tuesday, and all hell broke loose in my bowels. About 8 hours after having had taken it, I woke up to almost projectile vomiting. All my food I ate at 7pm almost came up bursting, and I had to swallow hard to stop it as I sat up. I did a couple more hard swallows and started to calm down from having woken up into straight panic. That next morning, it gave me intense gut pain from gas, and explosive diarrhea several times a day for the next three days, slowly tapering off. I haven't take anymore. Today is the following Monday, and I got the same problems at 7pm, which was about the time I took them the prior week with dinner. These spore forming bacteria are incredibly powerful. One of them creates protease and amylase. The protease breaks down protein into smaller more easily utilized proteins, the basic proteins. Amylase breaks down carbs into glucose and maltitol. If any of you recognize that last word, its in those sugar free gummy bears which cause you incredible gastric distress for the next 24 hours... if you eat 6 of them. Imagine having an organism in your gut which turned your food into that mess, but 24/7! This product is a nightmare for me. Now... on the hand that if you are already having these issues, idk. Maybe there is a use for some very minute part of the population. But if eating a bag of sugar free gummy bears doesn't hurt you, then perhaps these are just fine for you. In any case, I'm wondering if I am lacking a bacteria in my gut flora which eats maltitol. Which would make sense that a large part of the population trying to lose weight has trouble with maltitol. Or better yet, for the now, how do I kill off these SBO?! I've started keto for the last few days to not allow a food source for this one particular SBO. I've done keto for the last 2 years and am pretty good at it, and actually was a picky eater as a child which was also the keto diet. Bacillus Coagulans: Creates amylase. Fights diarrhea. Bacillus Indicus: Creates amylase. Produces carotenoids. This SBO is incredibly resilient against arsenic. Bacillus Subtilis: Creates amylase. This SBO is like an antibiotic which is also part of the same family as anthrax.
