So i got your hands on the Light Bulb Camera - Indoor Camera with Motion Detection, WiFi Camera, Live-Stream. While its a good idea on paper, in practice, you need an open light bulb socket to even power it. Unfortunately, not many people have open and free light sockets just lying around. Sure, you could take out a bulb and put this in its place, but then youre left with a dark room because the light bulb security cam only produces infrared light that wont light your way. And the included fixture they provide to use for the cam design is, well, lets just say its not giving me a strong feeling that its a safe way of using this. See the pictures below to see what I mean. Anyway, this was a Vine product, and Im still returning it to ZeeBooth. You can get an older generation Wyze cam for a lot cheaper than this, and that wont take up an entire light source and work a lot better. That being said, I think the manufacturers should take this product back to their R&D department and make it so its a light bulb that lights up. They could copy the motion sensor light bulbs design and make a light bulb slap mini cam in the place the motion sensor is. Bam! A light bulb security cam that really wont give itself away as a security cam as bad as this one did. Swing and a miss, guys.

It takes a bit to get this camera hooked up but it seems to work well once connected. First, the QR code in the instructions did not work. Instead I had to download the yi iot app used to control the camera from PlayStore. Next, I had to setup an account in the yi iot app. Then the app locked while registering the camera wifi so I finally figured out I needed to select the Help link on that screen and bypass to get wifi setup. After all that the camera connected, video looks good, and all functions work. Remember to stick in an sdhc memory card if you want to record video.

My auto light won't work it works on constant on but don't do auto. I'm out my return window only had since Dec 2023 don't buy.
