The media could not be loaded. I don't typically write reviews, but I constantly read them to help me choose whether to purchase an item or not. With that said, this is the first review I'm writing because of the quality of the product AND the exceptional customer service as well!!! It gets really dark in my neighborhood, and walking my pup at night began to be problematic. I can literally look down and not see where my dog is because she has dark grey fur. After searching and researching rechargeable, LED dog collars, I chose this one and couldn't be happier. As you can see in the video, the lighted collar solved my problem of knowing where my dog is at all times. It's also bright enough for others to see that I'm walking a dog, for safety reasons, and it's great for nighttime visits to the dog park, so I can spot her easily anywhere in the park. Now let me tell you about their customer service. The first day we recieved the collar, it was charged enough to use. We put it on and went to the dog park. Upon getting home, I realized that I didn't notice the protective cap came off of the battery charging unit at the park, and was lost for good. I emailed customer service advising them of this setback and asked if I could purchase a couple extras to replace the missing one and as an extra backup one. Mandy got back to me quickly, apologizing for the loss and said she would send me new ones as a replacement, FREE OF CHARGE!!! We promptly received them in the mail and have been very happy since!!! A great tip I read from another review recommends you to add a little superglue to the inside of the top of the cap to ensure it stays on and you can just roll it up a little to access the charging port when you need to charge it. It's a great idea and very useful fix to avoid losing the protective caps if your dog is very active and likes to run around a lot. Any nighttime activity, whether it be a walk, run or trip to the dog park, we use our LED collar for safety and so I can find & see her easily. Everyone always comments how cute my puppy is in her glowing collar and I tell them where I got it. I'll have to buy more for my mom's dog and my niece's dog too, and you should buy one too!!! I love this LED collar for my puppy! It is well made, sturdy, safe (comes with a lock), and the LED light lasts for hours on just one charge. The light is very bright, allowing me to spot my pup from inside the house very easily when she's out in the yard on her own after dark. The shifting colors are very pretty, too, and it almost makes my puppy look like a festive X'mas tree. :) Customer service is truly top notch. The silicone cover for the LED charger came off and got lost, so I contacted the company and they responded in no time. Not only did they send me 5 replacement silicone covers right away, they even surprised me with a nice handwritten card and also a whole new LED collar!! They are incredibly generous and responsive. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these!

I typically walk my dog at night and I swear no one in my town has even heard of driver's education, so I feel much better having some sort of light on him (for both our sake). Also my dog is all black so if he did get away from me in the dark I would not be able to see him AT ALL without some kind of light. The buckle on this is big and smooth and very easy to put on him before a walk. I love that it's rechargeable with a regular micro USB (like android phone charger) instead of batteries. I used to get those little collar clip on lights, but they'd die quickly and then I'd never replace the battery. I walk him about an hour and it probably lasts a few days before recharging I guess. My favorite part is probably all the colors. I generally only use the red, but like that I can switch it up, and I think the disco color changing mode is hilarious and I love it. Party dog. I only took a star off because the actual light up LED section is only so long around, and the buckle and battery/button spot weigh it down so it'll turn and only one side of his neck is lit up. I've seen collars that light up pretty much all the way around. TL;DR Pros: Safety light and helps find dark dog at night, lots of colors and disco mode, rechargeable with micro-USB, easy to put on, affordable Cons: Charge last couple days of one hour walks, lights only halfway around collar so when it turns only one side is lit up
