Used LinkUp routinely for years now, for their consistent quality. Their cables cost a little more but it's worth not worrying about cables. Just cables! I mean, cables should last, but so many other brands either don't work well (and you won't necessarily ever know they're the problem) or they deteriorate in just a few years and cause hair loss.

Great beefy cable that is legit

All products by this brand meet or exceed EIA/TIA spec and some of their cables including their CAT6a are UL listed. A lot of people dont check this stuff and buy the cheapest cable on ZeeBooth here and supposes trusted brands such as schmable-schmatters. You can buy Linkup products with confidence. On that note I bought this cable to use for an in-wall cable installation. Is this cable meant to be used for in wall installation? No. Can you do it anyway? Absolutely. I normally dont buy a cable to cut it up but I had to in this case to terminate them into keystone jacks. For the record I bought my keystone jacks from Linkup as well. This cable has all of the components and construction that you would expect to find in CAT7 cable including the foil wrapped around each individual wire pair and the metal weaving or netting that encompasses the whole cable minus the outer jacket that is used as a grounding mechanism. This is the real deal as said before and will buy many more things from Linkup.

The Best CAT-6A / CAT-7 Cables Money can Buy!

Over the past several months I've purchased about forty (40) LinkUP CAT-6A/CAT-7 Cables in various lengths. What drew me to these cables was the nicely Color-Coded 'Ring' around the cables, as well as the Cable Color options (Black/White). They are a little more expensive than some other brands, but are well worth the minor difference in price. I have various Cisco and Fortinet switches that leverage both 1Gb and 10Gb connectivity to Firewalls, Servers, etc, and I've learned that if you want to actually transfer at 10Gbps then you need higher quality cabling, preferably cables that have been tested to either 600mhz/650mhz (Forget using the 500/550mhz CAT-6A cables for 10gb). These cables consistently provide 10gbps transfer speeds, look nice and are easily the best cables I've ever owned. I would HIGHLY Recommend LinkUP Cables for anyone who wants Extremely High Quality Patch Cables, which are well made and have easily identifiable Color Rings (for Connectivity Use-Cases - Such as Red for Firewall, Orange for Server, etc.).
