I've tried many, many forms of Vitamin C - from fizzy, Emergen-C packets, to gummies, to buffered products like Ester-C. This has some good absorption being liposomal and I replaced my old vit c with it. The pills were easy to take and swallow and had no stomach or headache issues.

I got this because I like to take Vitamin C to possibly boost my immunity and also because I take a lot of collagen for my skin. Collagen can not be used by your body without the enzymes found in Vitamin C which fold the collagen into a useable form. And as stated I take a lot of collagen and do not want any of that wasted as it is not cheap. I notice that many supplements like collagen and of course multivitamins and various other supplement blends contain small amounts of Vitamin C. And I tend to take those first thing in the morning. Later in the day to make sure I still have an adequate supply of Vitamin C for my body to use if it so desires,,, I like to take more for a re charge effect if you will. And that is where I think this brand is perfect. This brand Vimerson Third Party Lab Test all their supplements in the USA. So I do not have the headache of worrying about my Vitamin C being a fake. And this is just not any regular type of vitamin C. It is a new copyrighted form of it. It is suppose to be Liposomal meaning more of it supposedly gets protected from being destroyed in the digestive process and actually gets utilized by the body. So this form is called PureWay and they claim they combined the Vitamin C with proprietary forms of fatty acids that the cells are receptive to,,,, thus allowing more of the vitamin C into the cell. Plus to avoid any oxidation they used citrus flavonoids. Now your body typically only uses about 200 mgs of Vitamin C . This brand has 1000 mgs. How much more above the 200 mgs your body chooses to utilize if any would vary of course. But this PureWay form of Vitamin C claims that through their liposomal form that there is 233% higher retention rate based on four clinical trials. So what that translates to me is high quality Vitamin C that last longer and more of it getting used. I am of course all 5 stars on that and do recommend this. The bottle contains 60 capsules, with a serving size of 2 capsules per day. The capsules are easy to take and have no taste or smell. The bottle is dark in color, which I imagine, is to help prevent oxidation of the product - but you can still see how many capsules are inside. This supplement is made in the United States, in a GMP (good manufacturing practices) certified facility - these are always major pluses for me when it comes to selecting supplements (especially because supplements are not regulated by the FDA). Overall, 5 stars. A great option if you are looking for a liposomal Vitamin C supplement.
