Taking 2000 mg a day all at once I sometimes get a little stomach distress. I had absolutely no GI distress with this Vitamin C by Anew Vita. I was very impressed. I do believe it is worth continuing to take. I recommend highly!

This bottle came well-sealed and didn't have any bad smells when I opened it up. I appreciate that it is made in the USA. I hadn't tried lipsomal vitamin C before this, but so far, it seems ok. I am not noticing any weird side effects and the capsules, although fairly large, go down easily. I do wish you didn't need to take two of them to get the full 1000mg, but it is what it is. Seems decent.
