I've been trying different keto type cake mixes and have found this one to be quite good. I use butter where any oil is called for which I feel adds some additional rich flavor. This mix is versatile enough you could add other ingredients to extra flavor like nuts, extra blueberries or perhaps sugar free chocolate chips. All in all a very good mix to work with. My partner who doesn't like sugar free or diet type deserts thought it was very good...in fact, he ate most of them.
These were very yummy. My husband was pleasantly surprised and says we should order it again.
The products that didnt taste great this is my second time ordering
I don't often find that I agree with the reviews written for products, but this time I do. I am quite happy with these scones. I would like a little more blueberries but will try to add fresh next time. These turned out just great and just better than I expected. I will be ordering again and wish they had other varieties even just a plain mix. Got 10 scones from the mix which makes them a little small but worth it. So easy and quick to make.
These are easy to make, easy to bake, and come out like a gem. The end result is a soft, sweet biscuit with a prominent blueberry flavor more flavorful than any scone Ive ever had. My entire family loved them. My only suggestion for improvement would be to dial back the erythritol some, as the scone tasted almost a little too sweet for me. But for a great warm, fresh complement to tea or a good coffee, these cannot be beat!
