Initial use, they earphones paired quickly to several devices I tried and had decent sound quality. I am not a high end audio person. I thought the music had good sound reproduction and songs that bounced between left/right channels worked well. The stereo had noticeable bass and highs. On a windows computer, I noticed an audio selection of either Stereo or AG. Apparently the AG is used when the microphone is needed. It reduces the audio to a single channel and seems like it reduces the quality to more of a phone channel. Perfect for conference calls. The battery life of a single charge of the ear pieces seemed to go 8 to 10 hours. Was not continuously listening and the volume was likely considered a lower setting than a typical listener. I am not looking to blast the music, but it could be turned up considerably. On my Android, the bluetooth menu showed the battery percentage. I liked that you could use one ear at a time. If you are doing long listening, you could charge one while using the other, then swap. The ear pieces loop onto the ears nicely and seemed fairly secure. Did not interfere with my glasses, though I have metal frames which are a bit on the thin side. After several hours of wearing, I did find the back of my ears getting slightly irritated. I repositioned them a bit and relieved some of the irritation. My ears do sit close to my head and may be slightly larger than average. Don't know if I'll get used to it after more use, but it wasn't that bad. This is my first experience with wireless earbuds and the controls are taking some getting used to. Sometimes I lift my arm to stretch and it touches the side of the earphone and causes the earphones to stop playing. The various tap sequences to do all the functions seem to work, but I prefer to use the controls on the phone/laptop. Wish I could turn off the earbud touch button.

The media could not be loaded. At the price point I really wasn't expecting much but I liked the design of these headphones and I took a chance. I should say that I've spent most of my adult life wearing headphones for my work so I'm always interested in different ways to listen to music. Not being a person who likes cramming earplugs in his ear canals, I'm drawn to anything that allows me to still hear what's going on around me while I have music playing. For that reason, I've been using bone conduction headphones for a few years now and these are very similar. They hook securely over the tops of your ears and sit above the ear canals. The look a little different than your typical in the ear "pod" style device but they seem to hold on well. Pairing was very fast and simple. They were ready to go within seconds of taking them out of the box. Will you get incredible sound reproduction of music? Not really but that is the nature of headphones that don't go in your ear or cover it. Do they sound good enough to listen to tunes while on my mountain bike? Absolutely. I played around with my phone's EQ settings and found a good balance of frequencies. For podcasts they are perfect. You won't have any issue with listening to spoken word with these. The headphones cradle into the clever charging pod very well and they claim to have a very respectable run time. Though I'm not sure if I'll ever wear them long enough to test that claim. I've set aside a lot of headphones that cost 3 times as much as these but simply for value alone, they'll continue to be put through the paces of frequent wear. I'll check back here with an update at a later time.
