These are just little stamps in the shape of tiny eggs. Each side has a different color. They seem to be of good quality as far as the ink showing up on the paper. I tried each one out before putting them in my kid's baskets. I took 1 star off because they're extremely hard to open. I had to get not just 1 but 2 of those jar lid gripper pads that you use to help you open up the lids on jars that are too tight. I really had to use one on each side. And my 4.5yr old certainly can't get them open. I don't know if they can maybe change that somehow to make it much easier to get them open, but that's definitely inconvenient. She doesn't want to have to ask mommy to open each and every stamp when she wants to use it. It's inconvenient for me as well if I'm trying to get something done like cook dinner while she sits at the table and colors and does art, etc.

There are self inking so you don't have to worry about having open ink around. The eggs are very hard to open the first time, but after you get them open once they slide right off each time after. All of the eggs had good ink in them and have been stamped around dozens of times and still working strong. My kids 1 and 2 have had a blast with these during our arts and crafts time. They are great for launching too though. Unlike most light weight Easter eggs, these are heavy and if they throw them, they go far and can hurt.

This a cute Easter egg set, but they are a lot smaller than i expected them to be. As far as using for a matching game for toddlers it does make a great game as long as an adult is monitoring. The stamps do not stamp very well at just left a small mark or nothing at all. They are durable enough to play with all year long or to save for each Easter season.
