Good Brace

This is a good ankle brace - have used it for extra support on the ankle I've broken multiple times over the years and have used it after spraining my ankle as well. Fits to size and does the job.

tight comfortable grip

very good quality and provides a good solid grip, so it provides so much comfort for me when i feel my foot strain. very happy with the pressure it provides me to continue on.

Very wearable for extended periods, but minimal support

I measured and ordered the right size, and sure enough, this brace fit very exactly on my foot and ankle, which is a nice feature compared with the typical "one size fits most" style of brace I'm used to. It's a soft neoprene sleeve that cinches around the ankle via elastic and velcro tabs. The fit is very comfortable, and it's lightly supportive--great for when you need a reminder to reduce mobility because you've recently hyperextended or strained the ankle in some way. It's not too constricting, and not heavy or overly structured, so if you need to move flexibly, you still can. I could probably do yoga while wearing this. It won't provide a huge amount of support, certainly not what you need for a severely injured ankle, but for light compression and a physical reminder not to overtax the ankle, this is a great choice.

Didn't fit

I wear a medium so I ordered a medium after I sprained my ankle. Unfortunately this did not fit me - although it's most likely due to the size of my swollen ankle. However, this tell me the sizing chart for this brace is more for preventive than for recovery.
