I have all boys, and my neighbor's daughter has nothing girly to do when she visits. I thought this would be great for her to have little crafts and something just for her. She loves it when she comes over. She can design something different every time and there is enough to keep her busy for quite a few visits. It comes with everything needed to make bracelets and necklaces. The beads and charms are so pretty! Great gift for any little girl in your life!

My girls loves to make beaded everything. This was a nice kit that came with lots of beads. We got exactly what was pictured. I especially liked the mix of colors- I have one daughter that loves pink and one daughter that detests pink. This gave us a nice selection of pink and blue and purple so that everyone could be happy and there was less arguing over who got which beads.

This is a really, really nice jewelry making set. There is so much to choose from to make a necklace or bracelet all your own. Eleven total pieces (5 bracelets and 6 necklaces) can be made just from what is included in the set. The beads are nice. They are colorful and there is a good variety. The charms are way better than I had expected. There are options in silver and gold, some with colored enamel. The enamel charms are nicely painted. They don't look cheap or just have the color slapped on for the sake of having color. I can see a lot of quality in the details just by looking at the painted charms and beads. I am very happy with this set and I would have no problem gifting this to my daughter's friends, who, right now, are 9 and 10 years old. Based on what is in the package and the themes of the charms included, I would recommend this for up to 12 or 13 years old. Maybe even older if the child enjoys simple jewelry making.
