Already intended to buy this, but the price prompted me to get it sooner than planned. When I saw how pretty it was, I decided to get another one. It looks as pretty as the more expensive items, so it can be used anywhere. It would also be a very nice gift.

I really wanted to love this, because I love the concept of keeping your brushes enclosed and "clean". If you have really fluffy brushes (ie. foundation, powder, blush), I wouldn't purchase this. The design makes it so that you have to hold the brushes in to be able to put the lid over it. I even put mine in the middle, but couldn't put them all, because they have sturdy handles and more than one wouldn't fit in the hole. It would be ok for eyemake-up brushes, but even then you have to move the brushes to be able to put the lid over it to enclose them.

The rotating feature adds a touch of convenience, making it easy to access my brushes. The idea of dustproofing is maintaining the cleanliness of the brushes. However, the need to frequently reorganize the brushes every time I open the lid can be a bit inconvenient.

So I have a cat and her fur makes up roughly 60-70% of her bulk. If you get her wet, suddenly, she is much smaller. This means that her fur is everywhere. When I received this brush organizer to review, I was hoping that it would be nice enough to store my brushes. It was! It nicely protects my brushes from dust, fur, and cat. It is elegant, with thick plastic that oddly enough doesn't feel too stiff. The plastic feels firm enough to be a solid storage container, but it doesn't feel brittle (maybe it means it won't crack as easily? I'm not familiar with the different types of plastic). I usually don't like English being used as a form of decorative design, but it looks good on this container and I find that I oddly don't mind it. The ribbon came untied when I received it in the box -- However, the fact that the ribbon came unattached means that you can replace the ribbon with one of your choice if you don't like the current one or are wanting to decorate it for the holidays. If there is one quibble, it is that the inner sides of the container are too low, which means that I need to push all of my brushes inward to put the cap back on it. That's a pity, but it isn't a big deal. If you have plastic pearls, you can dump them into the different compartments to keep your brushes standing upright. Plastic pearls would look good with this silver container, I think. You can find them on ZeeBooth in different colors (like mermaid colors). This container looks chic and elegant. It is worth the price. As always, I would recommend that buyers shop around more before settling on a specific item, but I would still recommend this item. They packaged this container carefully in bubble wrap and the container itself is of good quality, easy to use, and such a good looking way to store your brushes. It's definitely an aesthetic.
