This cross stitch is very cute. I've never cross stitched before so instructions are important, the instructions for this were not helpful.

I bought this for my niece who is 13. She has never done a cross stitch before but did an amazing job with this one. And it was easy enough for her to do and learn on! Cute design too!

This was an easy to read and stitch cross stitch kit. The main thing I didnt like is the colors dont match the picture. I thought it would be pink on the shelf lace, but it is coral. Also the picture showed a light blue background, so I assumed it was colored aida cloth or there would be floss to complete the background. It was white and there was no additional floss to do a background. My granddaughter will love it!

I was looking for something to calm my anxious hands, and a coworker recommended cross stitch. These beginner kits are really perfect. They have everything you need except a hoop, and the material is stiff enough that you could get by without one. The printed pattern makes it so easy to know which thread goes where, no counting required! The instructions that were included are a little iffy, looks like there was a translation issue. I was able to fill in the confusing parts with Google and got the hang of it eventually. If you look at my photos you can actually see that it's a bit messy at the top and gets better toward the middle. Don't forget to separate the thread- you only need 3 strands instead of six. The printing came out within 15 minutes of soaking it in warm water. These are really a perfect activity if you are not artistically inclined (I am definitely not!) but would like a creative way to calm your anxiety.
