If yours doesn't work well, contact the seller, but mine works so well I may buy more for my granddaughters. I especially love how the photos turned out. Impressed for sure. I got this one for my friend and her daughters for Christmas. I have one myself that I use all the time. The blacks aren't super black and everything is somewhat grainy. But for a laser printer for kids this is an expected quality and it's super fun to print on. I recently used mine to print tiny ultrasound photos for my friends and they were adorable. Definitely would recommend as a toy printer, just don't have too high of expectations on this little guy.

This is a good little printer for the price. It does not print great quality on photos. It does great on the printing of black and white clip art. It has an easy enough little app that goes with it. So for price and quality I give it a 4! Also it will not print on the sticker paper . It is too thick to roll through.
