This is a mesh tape with adhesive to seam batting together so it doesn't separate. You need to iron it on. It works nice. It is thin and does not add bulk.

Alright, I love this product. The width of the roll is perfect for what I need. I can even cut it in half to use to stabilize zippers. The adhesive side is NOT clearly marked when you get it, but I was able to find it by feel and luckily did not ruin my iron. The adhesive also isn't phenomenal. I used this to stabilize a strap, and the glue was lifting when I was trying to turn it. That said, as long as you baste it somehow, it works fine. I LOVE the precut width, it makes it so convenient to use. I HATE cutting interfacings and stabilizers into strips and this is a great solution. In all, I love it!

This is a really convenient way to join batting pieces. It makes it so easy to connect smaller scraps, or awkwardly cut pieces, into something more usable. It's very easy to apply with a regular iron. It comes with instructions, so it's clear how to use it. The strips are easy to cut to size. I love that these are rolls, so you can easily measure out exactly how much you need.

UTILIZE ALL YOUR BATTING BY PIECING

I love the idea of piecing smaller batting leftovers and saving money. While this bonding is relatively expensive, less waste is always a saving. That being said, the use of this to stabilize or underline or interface garment construction is more appealing to my sewing needs. What holds me back from using in garments is the line dry suggestion for laundry . The knit structure of this product would be great for reinforcing the button plackets on a knit shirt, dress, or jacket. Will have to do some testing with knits to avoid the risk of failure.
