Taking a moment daily to be thankful and grateful for what you have does so much for the heart and mind. It is an intentional process that allows you to focus on positive events or blessings rather than always looking for the down side of things. Being intentional with my thoughts is something I have chosen to focus on this year. Choosing gratefulness over bitterness or contempt or coveting others will allow my body to hold less stress which will in turn allow an overall improvement in my health. I am super happy with this set of cards. They are well made. The colors are very pleasing to the eye and calming to me. The size is just right, not too big or too small. I believe this deck would make a lovely graduation or birthday gift to your special someone. I believe they are very nicely priced and have a lot to offer. I believe I will tweak the suggestions a little bit for my situation. I will use one card for a week. I intend to journal as well as doing some coloring and enjoy some quiet time. I really love this little set. I hope you will too!
