I used to take evening primrose all of the time and then for some unknown reason I stopped. When I saw these were available I wanted to try them and see if I could remember why I used to take it. I remember now. It is so good for your skin. It helps your skin feel moisturized from the inside out. These are soft gels so they're really easy to take even though they're fairly large. I think the price is reasonable although I have seen more pills for less. These are definitely good quality. I don't know that they affect my mood but I'm taking them for my skin and for that they are quite effective.

I ordered this product not because I'm expecting or nursing (per the label) but rather because of the potential benefits evening primrose oil has for preventing inflammation and contributing to overall health. I personally did not see a dramatic change, but I think you may either need to have a specific issue that you're trying to combat and take the supplement for more than 30 days. I'd recommend trying it because I at least did not have any adverse effects and it's an affordable price point at under $15 where you can continue taking it if it works out for you.

Got these for my partner and she really liked this brand. She normally uses the Target generic brand but she says the benefits from using this one is more noticeable. Seems to be working great for her.

I have been taking this EPR for about a month and I am sleeping better with no night sweats or hot flashes. The pills are rather large-long and slinder- but very easy to swallow with no after taste or offensive smell. This is the first EPR I have taken and I am pleased with it and plan to continue to take it.

Sealed good. Capsules are good size, not stuck together. No weird smell. The serving size is a single capsule! So nice that it's honest on the front and reflects that serving size on the back.
