This is so effective. It doesn't stink like other brands. Bi have issues with the plaster peeling off though but all in all I love this. I even gave some to my sister.

I have used this product for about 4 weeks. It's OK but I didn't notice much of a difference. One of the main ingredients is the same as Ben-Gay. I rotated between a knee brace and this product and between the two I preferred the brace. Both just OK helped but the brace is paid for once and the patches need to be reordered. The covering of the "sticky" part is very difficult to remove. It would be helpful if the designer put a very small non-sticky area on the patch. I have Bone-on-Bone so consider that when making a decision. I am knee brace full time now when I exercise.
