The Mr. Pen 0.5 Millimeter Lead Refills function well in my Pentel mechanical pencil. However, the refill leads are a bit too long to fit into the pencil chamber, so I need to break them into a couple of pieces so they fit. I like the five hard plastic containers that keep the refill leads protected from breakage. The Mr. Pen leads are a great value for 500 refill leads.

I couldn't have expected morr from Mr. Pen, they did not dissapoint at ALL! As an ameature artist, the variations of led is nothing but a treasure for an artist. Fit's my graphgear pencil very well. Cost is great, weighs like a feather, very very high quality and an absolute necissity for anyone studying art who owns a mechanical pencil.

These are exactly as described. They are nice and long (90 mm, or 3.5 inches) and definitely sturdy - they arrived intact, I havent found any broken yet in 4 of the 5 containers. I have to front load my pencil, which is almost impossible to do and keep regular leads from breaking, this lead stayed in one piece. Writes and erases just like any other lead refills Ive used. The containers are a nice size and shape with fun colors. However, they really wasted some space with them. I was able to easily combine two containers into one with a little room to spare. They really should sell these as 200 per container instead of 100. I still definitely recommend them.
