The media could not be loaded. i absolutely am obsessed! so first off, opening the kit was just so cute, i was greeted by everything being neat and organized (nothing broken), and the cutest little mustache sticker and thank you notes. the pencils, chalk, and erasers are all good quailty as well! i definitely recommend buying! the price is unbeatable.

Mr. Pen- Sketch Pencils for Drawing (19 pcs) is a nice pencil set for someone looking to get some sketching pencils on a budget. The pencils themselves are good quality; I can feel the difference in lead density as I progress through each of the pencils. I found the graphite and pastel sticks to be smooth and easy to use as well. The erasers are OK; they most importantly do not tear up your paper. However, they did not completely erase. Depending on which pencil and what paper used, sometimes it can be hard to remove some of the pencil markings, but when I tried to erase some of the lines with the eraser I already have, it did take a little more off than what the Mr. Pen erasers took off. The pencil sharpener is also just OK; they're just hard to use when they're that small. The biggest ding is the packaging. What is nice is that it comes in a case, and the case does a good job keeping the pastel and graphite tucked away to prevent breakage, but it's hard to get the pencils out of the case. While there are little indentations for your fingers to get around the pastels, there are no indentations for the eraser, sharpener or pencils. For the best experience, take all the pencils out of the case and put them in a cup or something while you are drawing. When I wanted to take just one pencil out, I ended up using a paper clip to fish the pencil out by the tip.
