Bought this because I had torn a ligament a couple years ago and had one that helped a lot in my healing process. I ditched it when i did accupuncture and simehow stopped feeling pain. I started going back to the gym a few months ago and realized said knee is extremely weak and I struggle on leg days and end up in pain by the end of week. Hence, I decided to buy this brace again. I thought it was the same one, however, this current one has less metal/support than the one I got initially. This does the job I bought it for though.

Helps with knee pain prior to getting knee replacement surgery. Easy to put on and remove. Provides a good snug fit, and isnt bulky.

Ease, comfort, sturdy

This brace is from a trusted brand and it is well manufactured and packaged. The pictures are a little deceiving as I though the cross cross elastic pieces are what were Velcro and you could adjust- turns out those are sewn in/non-adjustable and the back is what is Velcroed together and helps adjust the size. The quality and Velcro are good. Good support around the kneecap. It gets a little lose after wearing for an hour or so and walking with it, but nothing less to be expected because almost all knee braces do that when using them a lot.

Because of severe arthritis I wore these on both knees for every waking hour for the last several years. I have purchased many, many pairs. But the most recent two I just purchased have a new design which makes them much more difficult to attach snugly as well as being less comfortable. They now attach at the back of your leg rather than the front or side. My days of buying this brand is over and I have moved onto another brand which I dont like as well as the original version, but I do like better than this new design. Not sure why they made this change, it doesnt seem like it would be a big cost savings for them. It almost seems like they sewed the male Velcro onto the shorter straps instead of the longer straps as they have always done previously, and perhaps this was a mistake or accidental. Too bad. Bye, bye Mueller. It was a good few years, but you had to go and mess up a good thing. Maybe Ill check back in a while to see if theyve corrected their mistake.
