These are pretty good vitamins, Im about a week into taking them and I have noticed my nails have gotten stronger and grow faster. I havent noticed anything with my skin or hair. The only issue I have is that they taste HORRIBLE!!!!! I dont know if I got a bad batch or what, but they taste like some sort of meat or something savory. I like eating meat and savory things but when the flavor is coming from my vitamins I get grossed out. I DREAD taking my pills and vitamins every morning because of the flavor of theseI have to take my meds with juice now instead of water, so I can cover up the taste a little bit. Theyre also pretty big pills, and kind of hard to swallow, but thats not a huge deal for me.

Ive been taking these for almost a month and I see a HUGE change in my nails! There are stronger and growing! I dont see much of a change in my hair I will continue to take two daily!

They are very high quality vitamins that you can actually feel making you healthier. My energy increased and I felt good all day. That doesnt happen with many brands that you find at the drugstore. In my opinion are worth the price.

I have finished my first bottle of these vitamins. Most of the time it takes about 3 months to see a huge difference in skin and nails with vitamins and food changes. However, my nails immediately responded to these vitamins. They are stronger than ever! I have never been able to grow my own nails. With these vitamins I feel like my nails are the biggest change, the next would be my energy level. They have a flavor for sure, I think of it tasking oddly like ramen umami flavor to myself? Not bad but odd. Easily swallowed though with no linger taste, or smell. The performance so far has exceeded any of the other vitamins I have taken I think it is worth the money in my opinion and have ordered my second bottle. Will update at the end of the 3rd month.
