I personally choose to do this, by taking one in the morning, and one before bedtime. I do this because I read that if you take vitamins or supplements all at once, the unused/extra is flushed from the body. This is the first time I've tried taking mushroom supplements. I'm skeptical about the health claims of any supplement, but being an ZeeBooth Vine reviewer, I thought I would give them a try. Albeit, they are a little more on the semi-sweet taste and not quite as sugary tasting as Ive found other gummies to be and they have a slightly different aftertaste than I have encountered in most gummy supplements that I have encountered thus far. That is not a detrimental factor, nor is it to be interpreted as a bad taste; it is just a little different. That considered, these are still easy and enjoyable to consume, and I would be willing to bet, tastes better than if you were to try to eat all those mushrooms together. With that said, solid combination of mushrooms, very reasonable price, and gummy form with good flavor for easy consumption make this an easy go to mushroom based supplement.
