seems to be a quality supplement, the pills have no taste and are easy to swallow. I honestly have no idea if its doing anything but I guess it takes time to see any effect from this supplement. since NMN is no longer found on ZeeBooth, I guess this is what we have to use to get our NAD (even though some say you can't directly supplement NAD and it's just confusing...) anyways, I will have to see if my cardio improves and feels easier (which is the only way I'll be able to tell if it's doing anything). Update: I think this was giving me a skin rash, so I had to discontinue use. I had no idea I was allergic to NAD supplements. so buyer beware. otherwise, I'm sure this supplement is fine. Update 2: Found out what was giving me the rash, it was something I was wearing that was made from satin fabric, not related to this product. folks may want to consider their allergies though since there are some people that will have a reaction to NAD+

As with any supplements I prefer to start with low doses to see how I handle them. Didn't notice any noxious smells or tastes and happy to say that I did notice a bit more energy and felt just a little better with one of these early in the day, alongside my new workout routine these were a pretty nice part of it!

I researched NAD at the NIH and elsewhere and am very excited to try this and talk with Mom's doctors about her trying it, too. The price isn't horrible, however this company should really get an editor for their product page. It's not acceptable to make these kinds of mistakes on supplements - in one part, the directions say to take two *wormwood* capsules daily. Wormwood has nothing to do with NAD (I actually looked to be triple sure). So, the product seems okay, but the company less than professional.

I'm not gonna go on the details on the benefits of this stuff, but I will say that the contents and packaging were well done, and the quality of the product was good and shows to work in its function. I recommend looking into this further, if you are unfamiliar with NAD+
