This item took a bit of time to arrive. When I opened ZeeBooth's packaging I was immediately struck with the sort of creepy way the manufacturer put wording over the eyes of the model on the box. Kind of strange. Upon first inspection of the contents, they seemed to be well-packaged inside the creepy box. The holder and the refills are packaged in little silver tear strip envelopes. The applicator comes with one of the tips installed. This is a very good thing since it's nearly impossible to remove the used one to put a new one in. Note that the description calls the tips "Nano Cotton". There is no cotton in these melamine sponge tips. There are instructions included, and they even include color pictures. Unfortunately, there are so many typos that you sometimes cannot discern what they are meaning to say. After wetting the tip and squeezing out the excess water as instructed, I began rubbing it along a tooth. After just three strokes, it began to disintegrate in my mouth (see final image). This exposed the plastic base underneath and resulted in that part scratching across my teeth before I realized it was melting away altogether. If that wasn't awful enough, I noticed as I pinched the "nano capillary cloth" between two fingers to try to change it out for a new one, that it feels exactly like a Magic Eraser cleaning sponge. You know... the ones you use to clean the kitchen or bathroom. Is this something we should be putting in our mouths? Overall epic fail. Please save your money.

I have only used this product one time so I did not notice a difference. Perhaps more uses would show a difference? Pros: none so far Cons: It is hard to open the blue applicator they give you to insert the sponge. I had to literally push my nail in between the plastic to begin to release the pins. There are no tabs to easily open this applicator. Next the sponge, in my personal opinion, does not contain any whitening product. The directions say to wet the sponge and wring it out and put it in the blue applicator. So during the process the sponge water ran clear and that is why I say it doesn't contain product. Next the sponge itself is what I believe to be a piece of Melamine sponge (like a magic easer without chemicals). These melamine sponges are known to be abrasive and long term I'm not so sure I want this running over my teeth! Although the packaging claims how this will not damage your teeth; I can't help but think it will do damage to the enamel. And because of this fact, I am really hesitant to continue to use this product or recommend it. This product is given 3 stars because I will not continue to use it and I can't say long term if it will work to brighten or whiten your teeth.

Unfortunately, these teeth cleaning sticks are melamine. Using melamine sponges to whiten teeth is not safe for your teeth. So its very misleading that the listing advertises this product as safe for your teeth. These sponges, often used for cleaning, contain melamine foam, which is made of formaldehyde (carcinogenic). Its also abrasive and can damage tooth enamel. I dont recommend this product.
