This is my second set of these because I have used them so much that I wore out the Velcro on them lol! Eventually, they do end up leaking if you step on them like I did so dont do that lol!

Wrap great, cooling pads not good

The wrap by itself is great, the cooling pads inside, not good. I use the wrap with Coldstar gel packs on my foot,,works great.

Slightly disappointed.

I love the concept of these but upon arrival and use, the actual cooling area is very small. They were very easy to use around a wrist or toes but again the surface area for the actual cooling is rather small and doesnt make it too effective to use. But on the positive, they are very well-made and extremely easy to use. They would be good for using for a specific area and a small one at that like a palm of your hand, upper toes, wrist, really any small place but if you need to ice in a larger area these are not for you. I like the idea that you can Velcro around the area for snugness and they do stay in place well. If you would need to ice large area, like a knee, this would not work well for you. But for something small like a finger, toes, or a small area that you can wrap around these would work very well.

Amazing for pain in difficult spots!

WOW! This helps me pinpoint the pain location without a bunch of bulk (like a boot). More direct cold contact (make sure to wear a thin-ish sock underneath). Fractured the second metatarsal in my foot and regular ice packs wouldnt stay on the spot I wanted it to. What a compact and convenient alternative! So easy to roll up and put in the freezer, and a two pack is really all you need when rotating them. So glad I found this product! I hope to not break anything else but at least I know I have this for other types of injuries.
