Defective spray mechanism

I opened this too late to be able to return or exchange. It smells great but the spray mechanism just sends a jet of product out rather than a spritz, so it's not usable at all. Leaves a wet mess with a nice smell rather than a nice smell lingering in the air as it should be. Tried to contact Crown customer service but got sent in an endless loop from their website back to ZeeBooth back to their website.

Great smelling air freshner

Love the smell. However; the packaging was horrible as one of the two bottles leaked and I only received half a bottle instead of a full bottle. Poor USPS driver had to deal with the smell the entire day due to me being her last road to deliver on.

Spray Tip Fix Needed

Overall rating is 3 stars due to the sprayers. The scent works really well, but the delivery mechanism fails inside of a week. The spray tip on both bottles purchased just squirt out large drops that fall straight to the floor after a few days each. We resorted to a drug store bought spray bottle to pour the contents into. Definitely need to change the spray head for this product. If so this would be a 5 star purchase as far as we're concerned.

Great Scent combination! Great fine-mist spray!

Love the fine-mist spray! Love the combination scent of lemongrass and geranium! Very useful in the bathroom, but I really like it also in the bedroom, the fine mist showers my pillow very nicely where I enjoy my head being surrounded and cradled in a "meadow" of refreshing fragrance as my eyes close and I drift off...(I've not detected any discoloration to the pillowcase). Regarding longevity of scent, it seems long enough while in the bathroom and seems to help with odor issues; but that it is made from essential oils that gives a favorite scent, I'm good with what lingers in the air while in the room and for however long it remains airborne upon leaving the room. This was a substitute for another brand I usually order from ZeeBooth (also a lemongrass scent) that they don't seem to carry, at least at the time I was wanting to place an order for that product. Happy to have found a satisfactory alternative with your brand (the other offered a 3-pack for perhaps around the same price, just an FYI!). Thank you for providing a lovely product I'm always happy to use...at any time...just because it's so nice!
