I take it every day and my blood work is great! My General Practitioner told me to keep doing whatever I was doing because my blood work looks so good!

Had a very low iron count. Doc said to get "name here" but I had already gone to a holistic vitamin store that recommended this brand. This brand had a higher iron and C count and was less expensive. Iron count is up so all is well.

I needed to increase my iron and choose a different supplement than the one I was on, and my doctor recommended this. She said she doesn't normally recommend things on ZeeBooth but she has patients that have done well on this particular one. It does not appear to cause any stomach upset for me which is good, and I'm taking one every other day at my doctor's recommendation and my iron levels are starting to come up. My one complaint about the product is that the listings on ZeeBooth make it difficult sometimes to determine which one you're actually purchasing. There is a slow releasing tablet, which is the one my doctor wants me on, a sustained release tablet that I'm uncertain if that's the same as the slow releasing tablet or not, and a fast acting tablet. Some of the listings seem to show one in the picture and then describe it differently, or offer different options and it's a little bit confusing. I wish it was a little bit clearer which is why I've dropped a star on the review. I was trying to buy a larger package and almost bought the wrong formula.

This is a great vitamin if you need iron.

Like this product keeps my iron level good I told my sister in law she's using it now!!
