Good energy

I found the effects to be noticeable. I didn't pick up any unpleasant flavor or odor, and I couldn't detect a lingering taste. I mostly use this for general health and energy boost.I had no negative effects and found it easy to ingest.

I'm taking the Nature's Truth Green Tea Extract primarily for the 45% EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) to promote healthspan. Others may be interested in the 75% catechins to promote weight loss. If you're new to Green Tea Extract, it may be best to start at 1 capsule daily to see how your body responds. I take 2 capsules daily rather than the suggested 3. potent source of EGCG

Good source of polyphenols and EGCG without having to drink lots and lots of green tea. These are medium/large sized capsules, 3 per serving. They are easy enough for me to swallow, and I didnt have any after-taste or other noticeable side effects. These capsules do contain caffeine, which is naturally occurring in green tea. I personally have a very high tolerance to caffeine this didnt affect me even with my normal 2 cups of coffee in the morning. However, if you are sensitive to caffeine, take that into considerations. I couldnt find any indication of Made in the USA or GMP, but the label does indicate non-GMO ingredients. Id give it a better rating if it were manufactured in the USA and in a GMP certified facility.
