Tastes good and fills me up

I have had the Vanilla since the 90s but finally decided to try chocolate. I may even like it better but I usually blend frozen fruit with the vanilla. Its not very sweet but still satisfies a chocolate milk craving. The packets have the perfect portion size so I dont overdo it. Will definitely buy more!

Considerable list of vitamins in each serving

Always add frozen fruit and bananas, so the Spirutein taste is not an issue. Instead of adding any kind of milk, we use water as the main liquid which provides a lower calorie breakfast.

My wife started taking this several years ago. I started about two years ago mix every morning fresh blueberries, or any kind of berries, little milk or soy, which ever it is fantastic and then a little like breakfast afterwards breakfast like a king lunch like a worker Im 71 years old and told that I look much younger, its great if you go to the gym several times a week it helps to rebuild that muscles that where is my money for the plug just kidding

Natural Vegan Protein Powder

I love this protein powder because it doesn't taste give you that thick/chalky powder taste like most proteins do. It blends very easily and has a really great vanilla flavor that isn't too overpowering. I use this powder to make smoothies, ice cream, and smoothie bowls.

Has changed over the years, but still a great meal replacement

This product has changed and gotten allot more expensive the years, but I still prefer it over the competition. I use it as a meal replacement during work. I find its best to make it at night in your blender with Skim Milk, pour it in a small cooler, then place it in the freezer. It goes down much better the colder it is. (personal preference).
