NEOGEN EXTRA CLEAR MAKEUP REMOVER...

I'm surprised by how oily it is. The formula is quite oily so I would definitely suggest that you use a double cleansing technique with this. It does help to remove makeup very easily, especially Asian makeup like mascaras which can be more stubborn to take off. This gets the job done and I'd say it is very effective.

I've used other neogen stuff before and I liked it so I wasn't surprised that I liked this as well! It worked great to remove makeup, even water proof make up and didn't leave my face feeling super gross although I still usually wash my face afterwards because it still feels like it leaves something.

This review is for: Neugen Makeup Remover. My wife says, This does remove mascara, but it takes more effort and time than a typical makeup remover. It works great for other make-up like eyebrow powder, eye shadow, and foundation. I think the value is lacking compared to other products because its a smaller bottle at a higher price. This would be fine if it were super effective. But, it takes more of this than typical eye makeup remover because it isnt as effective. I will finish using this bottle, but I dont plan to purchase this again.

I used this on my most difficult to remove mascara. This mascara is so difficult to remove that no matter what I have used, I still have some left over. This took it right off with no effort whatsoever, no rubbing, no soaking time, no trying to get the rest. This just dissolved it and it disappeared. It really is remarkable. It doesn't have any scent that I can detect. I had no irritation and the product itself washed off well. I did have a difficult time getting it to come out of the bottle, I really had to shake it. I think it is great, but for the price, the bottle is way too small, I could not justify buying it again. I will definitely save it for only difficult makeup removals.

This product is just not for me. It did remove my eye makeup very well but apparently a little got in my eyes and left an oily film on my eyeballs for several hours. I also didnt like the bottle. I felt like I had to squeeze the product out but couldnt tell how much was coming out. It was really odd. Ill be sticking with my tried and true remover.
