It came with everything that it described. The material seems sturdy and feels smooth. Its simple but effective. I like all of the pockets inside. It didnt come with instructions for the lock in the package but I was able to find it on the product page. I like that the plastic pockets are numbered. I gave it to someone as a gift and they loved it!

Love the lock but it does not give instructions on how to open it! I belive my code was 000 and push the square latch to the left to open. once its open to change the code you need to have it open at 000 and push the square to the right it will not go as far as it did to open but that is when you can roll the dials and change the code. Once you release that square held to the right it should become the code it is set to in that moment. SO put in 000 push to the left push the square to the right and roll it to 001 let go now the code to open is 001 hope that is helpful I spent a good amount of time trying to figure all that out!

The lock I wouldn't say secures the book you can still see inside its not like the old school secure locked diary books this one is cheaply made where the lock is. It didn't come with directions, however it is a nice book, the clear sheets are the best quality they pretty thin, that could be thicker, where it will last longer, other than those two things, the book is nice and will be greatly used for its purpose. It a very lightweight book as well.

Cute book and a great idea. I have no time to go to the bank daily to cash in it. So, I returned it.

If you want to save money but have a hard time doing it, you need these books. I got several of them to start saving money. It makes me not dip into the money that Im saving because I want to hurry and fill the books. So I highly recommend these books if you want to save money.
