UPDATED: good product but doesn't work for Reolink RLC-820a cameras

The product does well in the weatherproof and durability categories. The rubber seals do a good job and reducing the moisture from entering the box. My only issue was that even though it said universal in the description it doesn't quite work with my reolink 820a cameras. For this camera you must use the reolink mount included included in the box, but the holes for the mount don't line up with the holes on the junction box. In order to workaround this issue I centered the reolink mounting plate as much as possible on the box. In doing that i was able to match at least one hole to the junction box. Then i took a 1/8 or so drill bit and drilled a new hole diagonally across the box in an empty space. From there i just torqued an included junction box screw into that hole. So I was only able to attach 2 screws from the box to the mounting plate, but it seems pretty sturdy. Hope this helps. Update: Since the mount didn't exactly work for my cameras i was given a refund from the mfr. They stated that the box should work with all reolink except the PTZ ones so its possible that i got a dud. I wasn't expecting a refund or any response but they seem like stand behind their products so I had to up my rating for that.

I'm reviewing the (New Upgrade) Security Camera Junction Box, Universal camera mount. This junction box is made of solid metal, it has many pre-drilled holes for you to mount any types of cameras. I like the water proof gaskets and plugs and it has IP66 rating. These round junction boxes are for our installation of the Security Cameras (do know that it is not meant for dome type of cameras). We are very happy with these for our application and will recommend these.

Screws do line up for new Synology bullet cam

Makes a good base for a brick wall mount and tappings are 3/4" if you want to run a patch cable in conduit. Pretty solid construction. Would have been nice if it had slightly more secure screws rather than just #2 Philips. Will buy again if the hold up.

Works Great With Amcrest Cameras!

I chose these junction boxes to replace the boxes from my previous surveillance system, which were incompatible with my new Amcrest-branded cameras. These are all aluminum, which is much more durable than the plastic junction boxes being sold on the market today. These boxes have multiple hole patters, so they technically can be used with many of the camera mounting brackets in existence. Each box comes with all the hardware needed for mounting, as well as interface padding, hole blocks, and a waterproof cable tie. All in all, these are very well worth ZeeBooth's listed selling price and highly recommended!
