My son has been grinding his teeth for a while now. Ive been looking to see what I can use for him so doesnt damage his teeth. This product has worked wonders for my son it comfortably and also its easy to use and it fits great.

I first sized them on my 12 year old son which to my surprise even though they say child size both guards are very bulky and overspill making for an uncomfortable fit that has the potential of causing mouth irritation and scissors are not successful at trimming. We then put it in the microwave for 30 seconds as instructed but the guard was still very hard and not at all moldable or pliable, so I heated up a cup of water and placed them in there for 30 seconds and helped my son place them in his mouth in an attempt to obtain a decent mold but they cool down so quickly that unless you are unimaginably fast they just cool misshaped and will not remold. Unfortunately out of the top and bottom mold, we managed to get the top as good as possible and hopefully it will be usable so I havent just wasted over $30 on a faulty product. Worth a try to help alleviate my childs pain but not sure I would recommend.
