This headset is amazing. The activity noise cancelling is amazing. I can have my fan on high, and u can barely hear it. The spatial audio is awesome. I have never used both of these, but I am loving them. I have been using the spatial audio for Dolby Atmos. Not sure if that is supposed to work, but I can hear every sound, all around me from the movie. I enjoyed it so much, I bought 2 of these. It adds so much to the movie and I love it. The sound it loud also. I highly recommend them.

I got these FIO MOTUS headphones to replace an aging pair of headphones that I've had for over half a decade. The quality of the materials used to make the product are evident in the price, however I feel like this will be a good replacement for my trusty old pair. These look sleek and are very comfortable to wear. The earpieces fit over my ears well and help block out exterior sound. I haven't worn them for extended periods of time, so I can't vouch for the breathability. There are 4 buttons on the earpieces that control the headset. They are not marked, so save the instructions if you do not use these frequently. I was able to connect to my laptop and my phone with just a few clicks and I was up and going within seconds. The sound quality is ok, I wouldn't compare these to higher end brands at all. The lows aren't as low as I would like them, more of a mid range. It lacks the luster and richness of tones that the higher end brands bring to the table. Nonetheless, they are perfectly suitable for watching a movie, or listening to music. If you are an audiofile, you may be disappointed. The noise cancellation is ok, not the best on the market. I am able to block out people talking next to me while the sound is on halfway. The transparency mode makes it more evident that the noise cancellation is working when it is turned on. There is a "movie mode" which makes everything much louder, but also seems to remove a lot more of the bass, highlighting the highs and mids. I usually enjoy making phone calls with my headphones, so the microphone is important to me. So far, I haven't had any issues with people on the other end not being able to hear me, or with the connection cutting out. I have not tested out the battery endurance on the unit, but I will say that it was almost fully charged when I recieved it (I topped it off and it only took a few minutes to fully charge to full). I've been using them on and off for almost a week and have not received a low battery warning yet. Overall, this is not a bad choice for a lower end bluetooth headset.
