Amazing!!!

I would give this 4.5 if possible. Love this product. Trying to use natural products for food coloring and found this should make blue. It does but not perfectly. I've only used it for frosting so far and the frosting was more of a lavender color. But it would be more blue if I added more pigment, so it's definitely a start with small amount and add to desired color product. There was no wierd flavor and the color was beautiful. Plus you cant beat this price!

Reasonable option for pea powder

I bought this with the intention on making butterfly pea lattes. I didnt really enjoy the flavor overall, compared to the way I had it in a cafe. But that could be due to the way I made it and not the product itself. Theres plenty of it, because a little goes a long way. I was making gummies and thought that I could use it to for coloring and that actually turned out great. (Picture attached) Versatile kitchen products are great

Best powder for refresher

I like this powder tried other and I mostly buy this brand never a issue never received damaged and the taste is good quality

Very disappointing

I bought several of these of different flavors, and it was nearly impossible to get it to mix into the liquid unless using a blender. I bought it for a different purpose than smoothies, but it became virtually unusable. Also, the flavor is quite low for the amount that has to be used.

Didn't change colors

I bought this item for the color-changing properties for a party. The taste was meh, but honestly, I had to add sooo much lemon (like half of that plastic lemon at the store) to even get a subtle change from dark navy to lighter blue, that the beverage would be non-drinkable. I then took 1 tbsp of that liquid and put it into a new cup with more plain water to dilute and added more lemon juice to try to get the pink color that is advertised and it STILL stayed light blue! Super disappointed in this purchase.
