My "go-to" for vitamin C

I order this grapefruit seed regularly as my "go-to" for vitamin C. I prefer this one because the pills are smaller and easier to swallow (which is an issue for me). I would recommend the 125mg because of the small size compared to higher mgs.

Firm believer in my GSE

I can't say enough about GSE I take it daily, rarely if ever get sick. I prefer the tablets over the capsules, when I take the capsules I seem to get the burps with aftertaste. So I just stick with tablets.

Really works

This has been the best supplement to help with any stomach issues or infections you my have in the body. It was recommended to me when I had an issue with the H-Pylori a few years ago. Very safe to take for a while. I dont take it everyday if no issues. When I do begin to notice something coming on or if I have eaten something that is really giving me stomach pain and issues, I take 1-3 tablets a day until the issues have resolved. Well worth the money. Dont get confused with the Grape Seed extract which is good also but you want the Grapefruit Seed extract.

Seems to be helping with my Diverticulitis and oral surgery recovery

I decided to try this as I have bad Diverticulitis attacks 3-4 time per year that require very strong antibiotics. I felt an attack coming on just before Christmas (pain in my side) and ordered Gse. I have been taking them for about 4 weeks. 3per day the first 2 weeks and 2per day after that. All I can say is my Diverticulitis has gotten better (not totally gone) and I did not need the strong antibiotics. I am beginning to expect taking this late (9pm) may keep me up so I take it at 6pm and go to sleep just fine. I do find I remember dreams from time to time after many year of not remembering. I also had oral surgery 2 months ago leaving me with many stitches on lower left AND right sides (implant, extraction and bone gaffe all the same time). I was having pain and soreness still 2 weeks later. Even though I got the Gse for Diverticulitis my mouth healed up very well. I am guessing some of this was because of the Gse.
