Nice natural sleep gummies for kids and adults. The taste is ok and the value is good.

These didnt work.

These do not work for my children. They taste and smell great though! I do not see a difference in my childrens sleep quality with these though. But I do love the ingredients it provides in the gummies.

Good for sleep support

My son has enjoyed these gummy supplements. They are soft and easy to chew. The blueberry flavor is quite tasty. These are great for sleep support when needed.

These are a great alternative to melatonin. My kiddo gets one at night before bed, and I do find it helps with her sleep. The smell and taste are excellent, so I recommend they stay out of the reach of young kiddos. They performed as expected. Before allowing my kiddo to try them, I tried to to ensure I didnt experience any adverse side effects. I didnt experience any adverse side effects at all. No tummy upset or gastrointestinal issues. There was no difference in regards for pain relief as they were meant as an alternative to melatonin. Kiddo and mother both approve!

Personally didn't notice a difference

I didn't personally notice a difference in my sleep quality while taking these, but I did like the flavor and texture. These were more chewy than I'm used to with most supplement gummies, but I didn't mind. I think the price is fair for what you get and they seem to work for some of the reviewers, so I think it's still worth a shot if you're looking to try something for sleep.
