Amazing taste

Great taste!

I wanted to use Swiss butter cream on my red velvet cake instead of cream cheese so that my piping would be more defined and stable, but still taste like cream cheese. This flavoring was absolutely perfect. It made it taste just like cream cheese frosting. Love it

Didnt care for it

I was under the impression this would give a cream cheese taste, however it gave more of a chemical taste that is hard to get rid of I ended up throwing out my buttercream cause the taste was so nasty.

You can bake a white cake and use 1/2 Tablespoon of this, and it taste like cheesecake. I saw it on Tv used in cookies. Had to try it and my Family Loved it!

Fantastic

I found this recipe for cheesecake cookies and some of the comments were saying they were really good but the filling doesn't quite taste like cheesecake. I added a half teaspoon of this and they came out so good. Taste exactly like cheesecake. This was just a holiday test run on a new cookie and the first go turned out better than I had imagined
