These have worked really well for me. They have no scent or taste and I haven't had a nasty fish burp while taking them even once. They don't upset my sensitive stomach, either. I know they are good for my heart, skin, hair, etc., but I imagine that would be hard to discern with less than 60/90 days worth. But, I'm confident with these based on ingredients and company ethics that these will get the job done. I would repurchase these although they are a little pricey for me.

I got this because I like Fish Oil for the Cardio benefits it may have. I also like it for my skin since it is claimed that it may possibly increase the body's collagen production and elasticity. I also take medication that slightly increases the risk for my blood sticking together and Fish oil supplements may help with that. Now right off the bat the EPA/DHA on this is lower than what I am used too ! However this is the exact amount ( 180 EPA and 120 DHA) that the Institute of Health recommends. This is also three times less the price I am used to seeing. This is also supposed to be third party lab tested but I could not verify that. And this is the first time I have seen a fish oil tested for PCB which I really like knowing. So this brand IMO has A Lot to like especially considering at the time of this review it's cost less than $10 bucks for a 30 day supply. That's another plus about this with it being only one cap for the daily dosage . I did not taste anything fishy and had no after taste of such either, I never really feel anything taking fish oil and just trust it's doing its job like it does in the studies. These were easy to swallow and I had no sides. This without doubt is the most affordable good quality fish oil I have come across. But I would have to actually see that third party test before I would order another bottle. Good Luck and I hope this was helpful !

It is real authentic fish oil. I do occasionally find myself burping the fish oil. It works for my overall health, skin, and hair.

I would rate these capsules as comparable to any others I have purchased at the local drug store. They are 1,000 mg, so will be smaller than normal if you usually use 1,300 mg capsules. But they appear to contain the same fish oil as those you buy over the counter. They are also a good price, under $10 for a month's supply. None of these larger capsules are easy to swallow in my opinion and they can sometimes leave a fishy aftertaste as they are digested. But that is the case with any of these fish oil products. I wouldn't hesitate to order these again.

These are soft gelatin capsules (the gelatin comes from cow bones so they aren't vegetarian friendly or safe for people with alpha-gal allergy) containing fish oil as a natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids. They're a decent size for swallowing, and at current price ($10/bottle of 30 caps), with one capsule being the daily dose, they're 33 cents a day. That seems like a pretty good deal for a nutrient that can be so important in wellbeing. The source of the fish oil is anchovies, so obviously anyone with a fish allergy should avoid this product. For everyone else, this is an easy way to get something that may be lacking in their daily diet.
