Let's just put it this way. When my family first received One Night Ultimate Werewolf on Christmas morning 2019, we opened the box and read the instructions around 4pm, then stayed up until 2 in the morning playing it. Throughout the following week, we played for probably 6 hours every single night. We've since had 4 years of fun and unforgettable memories. We cannot get enough of it. I simply think it is the best game ever invented--the ultimate strategy, deduction, lying, manipulation, and hilarious extravaganza. I absolutely love the app--so that everyone can play and no one has to be a narrator. I truly admire the inclusion aspect--that everyone can have a unique role and task to play (no one has to be a plain, old villager). And I think the fact that it is just one night is frankly genius. It makes it so much faster to play rounds (as opposed to other mafia-style games) and puts less pressure on being a werewolf. I have friends who won't play other social deduction and bluffing games because it stresses them too greatly, but they will play ONUW because the rounds are so short and, of course, there's always the possibility that their card can be swapped! I think it's just brilliant. Every round is different. Every round calls for a new strategy. We can play hundreds of times because there are millions of possibilities for how the game can go! We've bought all the expansion packs, and we truly enjoy trying all the different combinations we can. This is a fantastic expansion pack. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I like the "One Night Ultimate" series a lot bc we never have enough ppl for a normal game of werewolf. This is just as fun and you can play it with a smaller group, and you can even download the app and have it narrate for you

This game states it can be used with its original version of the werewolf but this made it a little more confusing since it had different tools, rules, and an added feature that took me about a few plays to really understand it. For big parties. This is a great addition to the werewolf if only adults are playing but if you have younger players, I suggest sticking to the original werewolf game.

Love this extension! Once we figured it out, it really mixed up the game and made it fun to play again. (We struggle to play the original a lot of times in a row because it becomes too easy to get the werewolves.) I would say that the instructions are a little confusing, but there are lots of resource online to explain it. Dont be afraid of Google!
