These relatively inexpensive makeup brushes give real value for the money. The bristles are soft and plush and ideal for applying foundation and the topping blush coats. They hold powders well and apply them evenly. The fish scale design makes holding the brush firmly much easier. The idea of the flat bottom is good on paper, but they tend to be top-heavy so I just put them in a small wooden holder.

This is a very pretty set of useful brushes. I have plenty of eyeshadow brushes, but not so many for foundation, blush, contour, etc. The design has a mermaid feel to it and even the brush itself has multicolors in the hairs. They are extremely soft. They're so pretty I almost don't want to use them! But, they apply my foundation much better than my previous brush - these actually pick up the powder and hold it to be applied. They do look cute standing up, but topple over easily as well. I will be keeping them in a clear brush jar so I can still see the pattern, but the standing up option is maybe more just for show than actual use. This is a cute set that would make a good gift for the mermaid lover and well priced for what you get.

These brushes are pretty good quality for the price. They are like a dollar a piece but they feel nicer than the brushes from the dollar store. The bristles are soft and decently dense. They pick up a good amount of powder and brush it on evenly. I didnt have any issues with bristles falling out. My favorite part of these brushes is the design! They are such a beautiful color and the scale pattern is so unique. I like that they stand up on their own because they look so pretty displayed on my vanity. Overall these are good value for the price and the design is so cute. Normally you trade quality for looks in stuff like this, but these brushes are a good balance between price, quality, and aesthetic.

This brush set is really cute & ideal for a teenager. The brightly colored mermaid scale design really stands out. The brushes are soft & don't shed. Although they have a flat side so they can stand up, I found them to be a bit wobbly, so I just laid them on the counter between uses like any other brushes.

These are very soft make up brushes and they're very easy to use. They're great for blending especially for beginners. They also look beautiful sitting on my armoire so that's a plus as well.
