Whole Food DIM

This was the only whole food based DIM I could find. Plus it gives 200 mg which is a great dose for my needs. I actually take 2 tabs to help with PMS and keep my skin clear. This DIM doesnt give me any headaches like other supplements have in the past. Easy to swallow, super clean ingredients and seems to work well. I was nervous to purchase this brand as I never heard from them before but the sellers responded to me quickly and helped to answer questions via FB messenger. I feel like that they are passionate about their products, knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer this DIM over other products. It has helped me to start loosing weight and my periods are less painful. I was introduced to DIM 4 years ago by a very young esthetician. I was desperate for treatment for hormonal acne. I was 38 yrs old having skin problems like I was a teen going through puberty! The doctors didnt help with their prescriptions of other topicals, different birth controls, and other meds with some dreadful side effects. It was maddening and nothing worked. She told me to try taking DIM. I had never heard of it, but I was anxious to try it, especially since its a natural supplement and had to be better than all the crap the doctors were giving me. She told me I probably wouldnt need the medications anymore! I went home and ordered it immediately. It took 3-4 weeks to notice a difference, but my skin started clearing up and I noticed a drastic change to my pms symptoms and period.
